With over 15 years of experience across the military, healthcare, and private sectors, I’m the CEO of Mindset Recruitment Ltd, having scaled it to 85 staff and £2M in annual turnover through Lean operations. At AWE, I lead training and onboarding for over 6,000 workers, embedding process frameworks. As a former Continuous Improvement Change Manager in the Royal Air Force, I drove Kaizen events and ISO 9001 audits.
My credentials include an MSc in Management & Leadership (Nottingham Trent University), a Diploma in Change Management (Brighton University), and a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance (Anglia Ruskin University). I’m a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Kaizen Facilitator, Coaching Certificate holder, and Defence Work Trainer.
